Cancellation policy
Below you can read what applies when a participant or the entire group cancels.
Cancellation by an individual participant
Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the trip. If one participant cancels after that, we will look at the possibilities together; in many cases, the spot can be taken over by a replacement.
Naamswijziging
A replacement can be registered up to shortly before departure, provided the accommodation and any carriers allow this. Any change costs will be charged.
Cancellation of the entire trip
- Up to 30 days before the start of the trip: free cancellation
- Within 30 days before the start: the costs depend on the already booked accommodation, courts and coaches. You will be informed of this upon request.
Cancellation by Padel & Sun
If the trip cannot take place due to circumstances on our part, we will offer an alternative date or refund the amounts already paid.
Annuleringsverzekering
