From initial inquiry to confirmed trip in five clear steps, with a clear payment moment.
The booking process
- You fill in the inquiry form with dates, group size and wishes
- We will contact you to refine the program
- You will receive a personal travel proposal with a price per person
- After your approval, we will book accommodation, courts and coaches
- You will receive the definitive travel confirmation with the program
Betaling
Upon approval of the travel proposal, you will receive a confirmation and an invoice. The full travel sum must be paid no later than 14 days after accepting the offer.
For companies and associations, we send the invoice in the name of the organization. Individual partial payments per participant are possible in consultation.
Voorwaarden
Our general terms and conditions and travel conditions apply to every booking. You will receive these together with the travel proposal.
