Travel conditions

Deelname

Participants must be at least 18 years old, unless they are accompanied by a traveling adult. Participation in training and tournaments is at your own risk and assumes a reasonable physical condition.

Groepsgrootte

The travel sum is based on the agreed group size. For a smaller group than agreed, the price per person may be revised, as fixed costs are spread over fewer participants.

Programme

You will receive the final program before departure. Times of training and courts may change at short notice due to availability at the clubs or due to weather. We always ensure an equivalent alternative time where possible.

Accommodatie

• Room allocation is determined in consultation with the group
• Single rooms are possible at an additional charge
• A deposit for the accommodation may apply
• Check-in and check-out times are stated in the travel confirmation

Flights and transport

Flights are not included and are booked by the participants themselves. Padel & Sun is not responsible for delays, cancellations or missed connections.

Verzekeringen

Each participant must arrange their own travel insurance with coverage for sports activities. Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
