General terms and conditions

1. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer, quotation and agreement between Padel & Sun and the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Quotations and formation of agreement

All quotations are non-binding and valid for the period stated in the quotation. An agreement is formed as soon as the customer accepts the travel proposal in writing or by e-mail.

3. Prices

Stated prices are per person and based on the group size, period and room arrangement mentioned in the proposal. If any of these starting points change, the price may be adjusted.

4. Payment

After agreeing to the travel proposal, you will receive a confirmation and an invoice. The full travel sum must be paid no later than 14 days after accepting the offer. In case of late payment, the booking may be cancelled.

5. Execution and changes

Padel & Sun will execute the trip as described in the travel proposal. In case of force majeure, weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, the program may be adjusted, while maintaining the quality as much as possible.

6. Participant responsibilities

• Participants must have valid travel documents
• Participation in sports activities is at your own risk
• Travel and cancellation insurance is strongly recommended
• Damage to the accommodation will be recovered from the person who caused it

7. Liability

Padel & Sun is not liable for damage resulting from actions of participants, third parties such as airlines, or circumstances beyond its control. Liability is in all cases limited to a maximum of the travel sum.

8. Complaints

Klachten meld je zo snel mogelijk ter plaatse, zodat we kunnen bijsturen. Achteraf kun je een klacht binnen 30 dagen na thuiskomst indienen via info@padelsun.nl.

9. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all agreements, unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.
