Cancel and change
Something can always come up. Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the trip.
A participant drops out
Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the trip. After that, the spot can often be taken over by someone else; a name change is usually possible until shortly before departure.
Cancelling the entire trip
Cancellation of the entire trip is free of charge up to 30 days before the start. Within that period, the costs depend on the already reserved accommodation, courts and coaches; these will be communicated upon request.
Change dates or program
Changes are possible in consultation and depend on the availability of the accommodation and courts. Minor program changes are possible until shortly before departure.
Verzekering
Travel and cancellation insurance is not included. We recommend that every participant takes out their own.
