What data do we process?
- Name, email address and phone number
- Company or association name, if provided
- Travel preferences: dates, group size, levels and preferences
- Correspondence via email, phone or WhatsApp
What do we use them for?
Solely to answer your request, prepare a travel proposal, execute the trip and inform you about it. We do not sell data to third parties.
Grondslag
The processing is based on the execution of the agreement or on your consent when submitting the inquiry form.
Bewaartermijn
Inquiries that do not lead to a booking are stored for a maximum of two years. Data from booked trips are stored as long as required by legal administrative obligations.
Sharing with third parties
We only share what is necessary for the execution of the trip, for example names with the accommodation or the carrier. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf.
