Padel for every level
You don't have to be an experienced player to join. However, it helps if you honestly state your level beforehand, so that the grouping is correct.
Five levels based on KNLTB
We primarily work with the KNLTB padel level. In the application form, you provide the level for each participant; the coaches use this information for group assignments on the first day. If you don't know your KNLTB level, choose the description that best fits.
Beginner
You have not or hardly played padel yet. The coach starts with the basics: racket grip, serve, playing a point and the first steps on the court.
Recreatief
You play occasionally with friends. The training is about consistency, teamwork and using the glass walls.
Gemiddeld
You play regularly. You work on the lob, the bandeja and the difference between attacking and defending.
Gevorderd
You play often and know the tactics. The training focuses on match situations, putting pressure and finishing at the net.
Competitief
You play competition or tournaments. You train more intensively, with more match forms and tactical choices per point.
Mixed groups are no problem
